Position Overview

IOGEAR is seeking an experienced, results-driven DMR Manager to manage and grow key accounts, including CDW, Insight, Zones, HP, and Dell. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical sales, managing partner relationships, and driving sales growth in the B2B technology space. This is a quota-carrying position that requires a hands-on, strategic leader with experience in working with the DMR Channel, understanding technical products, and utilizing business tools like CRM, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite to optimize sales processes and drive business results.

As a DMR Manager at IOGEAR, you will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with corporate goals, identify sales opportunities, and provide exceptional support to key accounts. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with our DMR Partners, increasing sales performance, and ensuring that IOGEAR's products are positioned effectively in the marketplace.

Duties and Responsibilities

Account Management: Lead sales initiatives with strategic accounts such as CDW, Insight, Zones, HP, and Dell, ensuring consistent sales growth, customer satisfaction, and partner engagement.

Quota Achievement: Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for assigned accounts, ensuring aggressive revenue and margin goals are met.

Technical Sales Expertise: Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to help customers understand IOGEAR solutions, positioning them as the optimal choice in connectivity solutions.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key account contacts, including sales teams, buyers, and product managers, to strengthen IOGEAR’s market position.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, including targeted promotions, product launches, and joint marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Engineering) to develop solutions and create tailored sales strategies that resonate with each account’s unique business needs.

Business Tools Proficiency: Utilize CRM (e.g., Salesforce), SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite to track sales performance, manage account data, generate reports, and forecast business trends.

Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor activity, and trends in the technology space to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Reporting & Analytics: Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic account updates to senior management.

Experience

· Minimum of 5+ years in a DMR or channel sales management role, with experience handling accounts such as CDW, Insight, Zones, HP, and Dell.

· Previous experience working with a technology manufacturer, ideally in the connectivity, AV, or IT hardware industry.

· Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Technical Skills

· Strong technical sales background with the ability to explain complex products and solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.

· Expertise in sales methodologies, pipeline management, and negotiation skills.

Business Tools & Systems

· Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Ability to use business tools to analyze data, forecast sales, and manage accounts effectively.

Communication

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Location & Travel

· Ideally located in the Greater Chicago area, with the ability to travel as needed (up to 30-40% travel).

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with B2B sales in the IT hardware or connectivity space.

· Familiarity with the IOGEAR product portfolio and ATEN International’s product offerings.

· Experience managing both direct and indirect sales channels.

Job Type: Full Time- Remote - Greater Chicago Area

Salary: $75K to $85k annually - DOE
